Sad, sad story

Blue Beret

You may recall some time ago I made beret for a friend's daughter who wished to go to Paris. Her DD had cancer and at the time, things were looking up.

Sadly, Miss T lost her battle early Saturday morning. She was so courageous and will be missed forever.

As I sat with her parents yesterday, we cried then we laughed as we had to break open the 'emergency' pack of tissues. Amazingly life goes on...world keeps turning.

Sometimes I wish it would just stop for a little while so we could catch our breath.

That is very sad news, but I am you were able to share your memories with her parents.

Your friends are lucky to have you. Sometimes people 'disappear' at times of need. Sending hugs!

I remember your story about the beret. Many hugs to you, and the family, and I hope the merry go rounds stops turning for you all to get off and grab a deep breath. It's the least it can do.
